介绍了多伦多ICU护士继续教育的模式,包括课程内容、理论与实践课程的具体安排、实施课程教学形式与方法、医院临床实践以及课程的考核评价方式。同时阐述我国ICU护士继续教育需要更新教育理念,改进课程内容与教学方法,建立较规范及健全的培训评价体系,探索与实施"分层教育"的培训方法,为帮助寻求更有效合理的重症监护护理继续教育模式提供参考。

Model of Intensive Care Nursing Training and Continuing Education in Toronto and Its Inspirations

This paper introduced the model of continuing education of Intensive Care Unit （ICU） nurses in Toronto, including curriculum contents, arrangement of theory and practice teaching, forms and methods of curriculum teaching, clinical practice in the hospitals and evaluation methods of the curriculum.At the same time it suggested some measures for continuing education for ICU nurses in China, which included updating education idea, improving course contents and teaching methods, establishing a standard and sound training evaluation system and exploring stratified education training pattern. It is meaningful and helpful to establish an effective and reasonable model of ICU continuing education in China.
