| 摘 要： | 目的探讨抗结核药诱发肝损害的发病情况及特点。方法回顾分析近10年来496例结核病在使用抗结核药中诱发的72例(14.52%)肝损害的临床资料,观察与分析肝损害情况。结果该组肝损害治愈缓解率达94.44%(68/72)、死亡率5.56%(4/72)。72例肝损害中有肝炎病史者占52.78%(38/72)。结论抗结核药物诱发肝损害应引起重视,对有肝炎病史者选用抗结核药时要慎重。

| Abstract: | [Objective] To investigate the prevalence situation and clinical characteristics of hepatic injury induced by antituberculosis drugs.[Methods]The clinical data of 72 hepatic injury cases induced by antituberculosis drugs among 496 tuberculosis patients in the recent ten years were analyzed retrospectively, and the hepatic injury was observed and analyzed.[Results]The cure/remission rate was 94.44% (68/72), and the mortality rate was 5.56% (4/72).
