| 摘 要： | 目的了解宜昌市孕产妇艾滋病病毒感染情况,以加强预防艾滋病母婴传播工作的开展。方法回顾分析本市2004年7月~2007年12月间89 961例孕产妇HIV抗体检测情况。结果发现HIV阳性孕妇7例,阳性率0.08‰,终止妊娠6例,继续妊娠1例。结论宜昌市的孕产妇艾滋病病毒感染阳性率较低,对阳性者采取早发现、早干预可降低HIV母婴传播的几率。

| Abstract: | Objective To know the HIV infection situation of pregnant women in Yichang city,to make a better job to prevent AIDS spreading from mothers to their newborns.Methods To do the HIV-Ab tests for 89961 pregnant womenfrom July 2004 to December 2007 in Yichang.Results The test results in 7 pregnant women are positive rate 0.08‰,in which 6 of them chose to terminate pregnancy while one of them chose to continue.Conclusion The HIV infection rate in our city is low.For the positive cases,we should find them earlier,intervene in the cases earlier,and which can reduce the probability of maternal-neonatal transmission. |
