| 摘 要： | 目的:观察甲磺酸帕珠沙星注射液治疗呼吸道和泌尿道感染的临床疗效。方法:采用随机平行对照试验,将45例细菌性感染患者随机分为试验组22例,对照组23例;其中呼吸系统感染30例,泌尿系统感染15例。观察对比两组药物治疗后的临床疗效。结果:两组药物在治疗呼吸道和泌尿道感染方面的临床疗效相当,无统计学意义。结论:甲磺酸帕珠沙星治疗呼吸系感染和泌尿系感染疗效确切,无明显毒副作用。

| Abstract: | Objecttive To evaluate the clinical efficacy pazufloxacin injection in treatment of respiratory infection and urinary infection. Method A randomized controlled trial was designed .45 cases of respiratory infection and urinary infection were randomly separated as experimental group and control group. The clinical effects were measured before and after the treatment. Results Clinical efficacies in treatment of respiratory and Urinary infection wereequaly, respectively with wto groups, there was no definition statistically. Conclusion pazufloxacin injection shows definite clinical effects without obvious adverse effects. |
