| 摘 要： | 目的建立奋乃静片的荧光分光光度法含量测定方法。方法以盐酸-乙醇溶液（取乙醇500mL，加盐酸10mL，加水至1000mL，摇匀）为溶剂，荧光光度法测定波长为λex=280nm，λem=380nm。结果奋乃静质量浓度线性范围是2．55～30．63μg／mL（r=0．9999），平均加样回收率为99．97％，RSD=0．51％（n=9）。结论本法专属性强、灵敏度高、重现性好，结果准确，适用于奋乃静片的质量控制

| Abstract: | Objective To determination the content of perphenazine tablets by fluorospectrophotometry. Methods The excitation wavelength was at 280 nm and emission wavelength was at 380 nm in hydrochloric acidethanol solution. Results A good linearity was obtained over the range of 2.55-30. 63 μg/mL. The average recovery rate was 99.97% with RSD =0.51% （n =9）. Conclusion The method is accurate and sensitive with good specificity and reproducibility. It can be used for the quality control of perphenazine tablets. |
