股骨骨折重度畸形愈合的手术矫正

目的 探讨股骨骨折重度畸形愈合的手术矫正方法与疗效。方法 对18例股骨骨折重度畸形愈合患者施行斜形截骨、动力加压钢板或交锁髓内钉内固定、骨痂原位移植手术矫正。结果 18例中手术矫正后骨质全部愈合，优15例，良3例。结论 股骨骨折重度畸形愈合适合手术矫正。术前改善患肢的功能，术中掌握定位标志，采用斜形截骨、合适的内固定、骨痂原位移植及术后早期功能锻炼，能收到良好的治疗效果。手术多能一次完成，是一个良好的手术矫正方法。

Surgical correct of severe malunion of fracture of femur

Objective To study the correct methods and,therapeutic effect of surgical operation of severe malunion of fracture of femur. Methods 18 cases of severe malunion of femur fractures underwent the oblique form esteotomy, the dynamic compression steel plate or the internal fixation of interlocking intramedullary nail, and the callus orthotopie transplantation. Results All unions of bone substance in all cases were obtained after after surgical operation,with excellence in 15 cases and good in 3 cases. Conclusion The severe malunion of the fracture of the femur was suitable for surgical correct. The preoperative improving of the function of affected limb ,controlling the location in the surgical operation , adopting the oblique-form osteotomy ,fit intcmal fixation, the callus orthotopie transplantation and early postoperative functional exercise can obtain the good result and the surgical operation can be completed only once,so it is a good surgical correct.
