柯萨奇-腺病毒受体在肺癌组织中的表达及其与临床病理因素的相关性研究

摘    要:目的研究柯萨奇-腺病毒受体(CAR)在肺癌组织、癌旁组织中的表达及其与肺癌发生发展的关系,并分析其与临床病理因素间的相关性.方法应用免疫组化方法检测75例肺癌组织及对应癌旁组织CAR的表达;分析CAR在不同组织学类型及不同组织学分级的肺癌组织中表达是否有差异:分析CAR表达与临床病理因素有无相关性。结果(1)75例癌旁组织有7例CAR表达,75例肺癌组织有44例CAR表达,肺癌与癌旁组织CAR的表达有统计学差异(P〈0.051;(2)在不同的临床病理因素中,CAR的表达在淋巴结转移中差异有统计学意义(P〈0.05),但在患者不同性别、年龄、吸烟与否、肿瘤大小、TNM分期等因素中差异无统计学意义(P〉0.05)。不同组织学类型肺癌组织间CAR表达的阳性率差别有统计学意义(P〈0.05).肺腺癌、小细胞癌组织中CAR表达阳性率较高;(3)CAR的表达在肺鳞癌、腺癌不同组织学分级中的差异无统计学意义(P〉0.05)。结论CAR在肺癌的发生发展中起一定的作用.并与肺癌淋巴结转移及组织学类型有一定的相关性。

Expression of coxsackie and adenovirus receptor and its correlation with clinical pathology characteristics in lung cancer

Abstract:Objective To investigate the expression of coxsackie and adenovirurus receptor(CAR) in lung cancer and pericar- cinomatous tissue, its correlation with the development of lung cancer, and its relationship with clinical pathology factors. Methods The expression of CAR in 75 cases of lung cancer and pericarcinomatous tissue was detected by immunohistochenfistry.Expression of CAR in different type and different grade lung caner tissue, its correlation with clinical pathology characteristics were all ana- lyzed. Results (1) CAR expressed in 44 cases of lung cancer and 7 cases of pericarcinomatous tissue. There were statistical dif- ferences between them (P〈0.05); (2)In different clinical pathology characteristics, there was statistical difference of CAR expression in lung cancer tissue with lymphatic metastasis (P〈0.05), however, there was no statistical difference in other clinical pathology characteristics(P〉0.05), including gender, age, smoking, tumor size, and TNM stage. The expression levels of CAR were statistically different among variant histological types of lung cancer; CAR was significantly higher in adenocarcinoma and small cell lung can- cer than that in squamous cell hung cancer. (3) There was no significant difference of CAR expression in different histological grade of squamous cell lung cancer and lung adenocarcinoma. Conclusion The CAR plays a certain role in the development of lung cancer, and is relate to lymphatic metastasis and histological type of lung cancer.
