视系统对比敏感度函数(CSF)的一种简易测定

本文报道了一个新研制的测量对比敏感度函数(CSF)的简易装置。利用计算机技术制作了七块具有不同空间频率、相同对比变化的正弦光栅图板。在2m 视距时,最高频率为43.6周/度,最低频率为0.5周/度,板上对比沿高度呈对数变化。此外,还有一块检测条纹视力的图板,最高视力值为2.0。经对148只正常眼和128只病眼的检测表明,该装置适用于繁忙的临床。而且,用它能检出常规视力表所不能检出的形觉功能改变。因此,我们的方法在眼科日常检查和眼疾的早期发现等方面均具有重要的意义。

A SIMPLE METHOD OF MEASURING VISUAL CONTRAST SENSITIVITY FUNCTION

A new simple apparatus for measuring CSF has been developed.Seven sheets of sinusoidal grating pattern,different spatial frequency and same contrast variety, have been made by using computer technique.The maximum frequency is 43.6 cycles per degree and the minimum frequency is 0.5 cycles per degree at a observing distance of 2m The contrast on these plates varies logarithmically along vertical direction, with the highest value(0.671)at the bottom.In addition,a specific plate for measur- ing fringe acuity has been made and the highest visual acuity is 2.0. 148 normal and 128 abnormal eyes were examined by using this simple method. The results showed that apparatus is good for the clinical application.Furthermore, it can detect those minimal defect of the form vision and make an earlier diagnosis instead of conventional visual aeuity test chart.So we suggested that the simple method be significant in clinical ophthalmology.
