嗜麦芽窄食单胞菌的感染分布与耐药性分析

摘    要:目的了解嗜麦芽窄食单胞菌感染的临床及耐药性特点。方法2005年5月~20007年4月从临床送检标本分离68株嗜麦芽窄食单胞菌,采用MicroScan40型进行鉴定,测定其对12种抗生素的最小抑菌浓度(MIC)。结果在68株嗜麦芽窄食单胞菌对常用的抗生素的耐药监测中,氨曲南、头孢三嗪、庆大霉素和亚胺培南的耐药率为100%。复方新诺明敏感率最高(57.4%)。结论复方新诺明的抑菌率最高,可有效的抑制嗜麦芽窄食单胞菌感染。

Abstract:[Objectiv] To study the clinical and drug-resistance characteristics of Stenotrophomonas maltophilia infection.
