摘    要:目的:比较索氏、超声波、微波三种提取方法所得灵芝多糖含量,旨在发现最佳提取方法.方法:采用蒽酮-硫酸比色法,以葡萄糖作为对照品,分别测定灵芝多糖含量.结果:三种方法灵芝多糖提取率分别为索氏0.512%、超声波0.632%、微波0.868%,结论:微波提取法最省时、提取率最高,该方法为工业化提取灵芝多糖提供了新途径.

Abstract:Objective:To compare the content of ganoderma pdysaccharides in order to find out the best extraction method.Meth- od:The content of ganoderma polysaccharides was detected by the anthrone-sulfuricacid spectrophotometry and used glucose as control. Result:The extraction rate of Soxhlet extraction,ultrasonic extraction and microwave assistant extraction were 0.512% ,0.632% and 0.868%,respectively.Conclusion:The time of microwave assistant extraction is less and the extraction rate is height,it is a new method...
