| 摘 要： | 目的探讨经尿道电切术(TUVP)治疗前列腺增生症的临床疗效。方法应用标准尿道气化电切器械治疗前列腺增生症62例。结果患者均安全渡过围手术期,出血少,无严重并发症,术后疗效好,患者生活质量明显提高。结论经尿道气化电切术是一种安全性高、并发症发生率低、疗效良好的方法。

| Abstract: | Objective To investigate the clinical effect of 62 cases hypertrophy of prostate, which were treated with TUVP via urethra. Methods 62 patients with hypertrophy of prostate were treated with TUVP via urethra, then observe the operative effect and adverse reaction. Results The operation stage is safety and less bleeding. There was not any serious complication. The treatment effect is better after operation . The living quality is obvious raised. Conclusion The method of TUVP is a kind of high safety, low complication and good treatment effect for hypertrophy of prostate. |
