江苏省丹阳市2001-2005年中小学生常见病患病情况

目的 了解丹阳市监测点校中小学生6种常见病患病情况及发展动态,为进一步制定有效防治策略提供依据.方法 按《2000年全国学生体质健康状况调查研究工作手册》的要求进行健康监测,结果按《学校卫生情况年报表技术规范》及《中国学生7～22岁身高标准体重值》进行评价.结果 丹阳市中小学生营养不良、肥胖、视力低下、龋齿患病率呈上升趋势,沙眼、贫血呈下降趋势;6种学生常见病5 a平均患病率从高到低依次为视力低下、龋齿、营养不良、贫血、肥胖、沙眼.结论 应进一步加强学生常见病防治工作,采取切实有效措施降低中小学生常见病的发病率.

Prevalence of Common Diseases among Middle School and Primary School Students

Objective] To learn the prevalence of 6 common diseases among middle school and primary school students of Danyang and provide basis for the establishment of effective countermeasures.Methods]Health surveillance was conducted according to the requirement of the "National Manual of Health Status Investigation among Students in 2000";evaluation was made on the result according to "Technical Standard for Annual School Hygienic Status Report Form" and "National Standard Value of Height and Weight of Students Aged from 7 to 22".Results]The prevalence of malnutrition,obesity,poor eyesight and dental caries among the students in Danyang was found with an increasing tendency,while that of trachoma and anemia had a decreasing trend;the morbidity of common diseases among middle school and primary school students from high to low in Danyang were as follow: poor eyesight,dental caries,malnutrition,anemia,obesity and trachoma.Conclusion]Prevention work should be strengthened and effective measures should be taken to reduce the morbidity of common diseases among the middle school and primary school students.
