术前认知干预对腹腔镜子宫切除患者围术期应激反应的影响

目的观察术前认知干预对腹腔镜阴式子宫切除患者围术期应激反应的影响。方法将100例行腹腔镜阴式子宫切除患者随机分为干预组和对照组各50例，对照组由手术室护士给予常规术前访视，干预组在常规访视基础上给予认知干预。测量两组患者访视前后的焦虑值及心率、血压值。结果干预组干预后患者的焦虑值，入手术室后的血压、心率均低于对照组，经t检验差异有统计学意义（P〈0．01）。结论术前手术室护士对腹腔镜阴式子宫切除患者进行系统的、有针对性的认知干预可提高患者对手术应激的应对水平，使患者具备更好的心理、生理条件配合手术，确保手术顺利进行。

Effect of Preoperative Cognitive Intervention on Stress Response During the Perioperative Period for Patients Undergoing Laparoscopic Vaginal Hysterectomy Operation

Objective To study the effect of preoperative cognitive intervention on patients＇ stress response during the perioperative period of laparoseopic vaginal hysterectomy operation. Methods Patients undergoing laparoscopic vagi- nal hysterectomy operation were randomly divided into intervention group and control groups with 50 cases in each group. Patients in control group were treated with routine preoperative visits, while patients in intervention group were treated with extra cognitive intervention during preoperative visits. Patients＇ Zung self- rating anxiety scale （SAS）, heart rate and blood pressure were measured prior to and after operation. Results The Zung self - rating anxiety scale （SAS） , heart rate and blood pressure of patients from intervention group were lower than the values of patients from control group. The difference between both groups was statistically significant （ P 〈 0. 01 ）. Conclusions Systematic and careful preop- erative cognition intervention by surgery personnel is effective to improve the stress response level of patients to the lapa- roscopic vaginal hysterectomy operation. It demonstrates notable positive influence on patients＇ physiological and psycho- logical conditions and further contributes to smooth operation procedures.
