外周动脉采血在新生儿护理中的应用分析

目的：研究和探讨新生儿外周动脉采血护理的临床应用价值，较少损伤提高采血成功率。方法以2012年10月～2013年10月收治的122例新生儿为研究对象对其进行随机分组，研究组和对照组各61例，对照组采用股静脉穿刺采血，研究组采用外周动脉采血，对两组一次采血成功率和不良反应等情况进行比较分析。结果采用外周动脉采血的研究组一次采血成功率为96.72％，高于对照组的72.13％。研究组发生标本溶血1例，发生标本凝血1例；对照组发生标本溶血5例，标本凝血5例，血肿3例，两组一次采血成功率和不良反应发生率差异均具有统计学意义（ P＜0.05）。结论新生儿采用外周动脉采血安全可靠，患儿痛苦小，一次采血成功率高，不良反应发生率低，可进行临床推广。

Application of Peripheral Arterial Blood in Neonatal Care in

Objective To study and investigate the clinical value of peripheral arterial blood neonatal care , and less damage to improve the success rate of blood.Methods In our hospital from October 2012 to October 2013 122 neonates admitted to be randomized study , the study group and control group , 61 cases in the control group were shares of veni-puncture , using the outer periphery of the study group arterial blood , a blood collection success rate for both groups and adverse reactions to conduct comparative analysis.Results The study of peripheral arterial blood group a success rate of 96.72%blood , higher than the 72.13 percent.Study Group hemolysis occurred in 1 case, 1 case occurred coagulation specimens ;hemolysis occurred five cases in the control group , the specimen clotting five cases , three cases of hemato-ma , a blood groups and the success rate difference in the incidence of adverse reactions were statistically significant （ P＆lt;0.05 ）.Conclusions Neonatal using peripheral arterial blood is safe and reliable , children with less pain , a blood collection success rate , low incidence of adverse reactions can be carried out in clinical practice.
