摘    要:为研究复方中药制剂—降粘抗栓片Ⅰ号(JNKST Ⅰ)对麻醉犬血流动力学和血液流变学指标的影响,结扎犬冠状动脉造成犬急性心肌缺血模型,经胃一次性灌胃给药,经犬心大静脉留取血样,测定不同实验时间点的血流动力学和血液流变学指标。结果发现,JNKST Ⅰ可维持冠脉结扎后心功能趋势,能减少冠脉结扎后冠脉流量的下降程度(P<0.01);能降低全血高切、低切粘度和血浆粘度,加快红细胞电泳(P<0.050.01)。结果提示,JNKST Ⅰ可用于缺血性心脏病和血液高粘滞综合征的治疗和预防

Effects of JNKST Ⅰ on Hemodynamics and Hemorheology of Canine
Abstract:Effects of JNKST Ⅰ on hemodynamics and hemorheology of canine was investigated. In order to assess their hemodynamic and hemorheology data at different spots of time, the canines coronary arteries were ligated and a model of acute myocardial ischemia was thus made. Blood samples were obtained from the large cardiac veins after the canine were given JNKST Ⅰ through stomach. Results: The medication helped sustain the canine cardiac functions despite the ligation of coronary arteries and moderated the decline of blood flow of ligated coronary arteries(P<0.01). Additionally, it lowered the high and low shear viscosity of the whole blood as well as plasma viscosity and speeded up electrophoresis of red blood cells(P<0.05~0.01). Conclusion: JNKST Ⅰ can be applied to the prevention and treatment of ischemic cardiac diseases and the syndrome of high blood viscosity.
