| 摘 要： | 目的：研究血府逐瘀汤对荷瘤小鼠的免疫抑瘤作用。方法：以S180荷瘤BALB/C小鼠为模型，系统地研究血夜府逐瘀汤对瘤重和脾细胞免疫功能的影响。结果：血府逐瘀汤灌胃给药8d能显抑制S180瘤重，活化T细胞增殖能力，明显促进自然杀伤细胞（NK）活性和白介素-2(IL-2)分泌水平。结论：血府逐瘀汤抑瘤作用与增强机体细胞免疫功能有关。

| Abstract: | Objective:To investigate the immunological tu mor -inhibiting effect of Xuefuzhuyu Soup on tumor bear-ing mice.Methods:S 180 bearing BALB /C mice as model,investigate effects of Xuefuzhuyu Soup on t umor weight and immunological function of splee n cells systematically.Results:8days orally administrated,Xuefuzhuyu Soup can significantly inhibit the tumor weight of S 180 ,activate proliferating ability of T cells,markedly increase activity of natural killers(NK)and secretion of interleukin -2(IL -2).Conclusion:The tumor -inhibiting effects of Xuefuzhuyu Soup relate to reinforcement of cell ular immunity of the body. |
