| 摘 要： | 冯惠莲主任医师认为,胸痹的病机虽为阳微阴弦,但同脾胃密切相关。脾胃为后天之本,若脾胃虚弱均能导致胸痹或胸痹加重。通过脾胃论治、心胃同治,再结合运用《金匮》理法方药治疗胸痹,疗效显著。

| Abstract: | By the clinical experience, chief physician FENG Hui - lian believed that the etiology of thoracic obstruction lies in the weekness of Yang and excess of Yin, but it related closely to the spleen and stomach. Spleen and stomach provide the materiel basis of the acquired constitution, if deficiency of spleen and stomach lead to the etiology of thoracic obstruction or aggravated in it. Based on the treatment of the spleen, stomach and heart - stomach, combining with Jin Gui principles of treatment to thoracic obstruction, it has evident clinic effieaev. |
