鼻咽癌患者全血硒和GSH-PX含量的变化

摘    要:目的 探讨鼻咽癌(NPC)患者全血硒和谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶(GSH-PX)水平与健康人的差别,以及与肿瘤临床分期之间的关系。 方法 对122 例NPC患者采用2.3-二氨基萘(DN)荧光法测定血硒,采用2-硝基苯甲酸直接显色法测定血GSH-PX水平,并设健康人对照;数据采用t检验及方差分析进行统计学处理。 结果 (1)放疗前NPC患者血硒和GSH-PX水平均低于对照组(P< 0.01)。(2)随着临床分期的增加,血硒和GSH-PX水平逐渐下降,(P< 0.01)。(3)放疗后患者血硒和GSH-PX水平比放疗前升高,但仍比对照组低(P> 0.05)。 结论 (1)NPC患者血硒和GSH-PX均处于低水平状态。(2)血硒和GSH-PX水平与NPC的发生、发展可能有关。

Abstract:To study the differences of blood selenium and glutathione peroxidase(GSH PX) between healthy persons and patients with nasopharyngeal carcinoma(NPC) and the relation with clinical stages of NPC Methods The blood level of selenium in and GSH PX of 122 cases of NPC were determined using fluorescein method with 2,3 diamino naphthalene and direct colour method with 2 nitrobenzoic acid,respectively The levels were compared with that of control group(healthy persons) using t test and ANOVA analysis Results (1)The blood contents of selenium and GSH PX of the pre radiotherapeutic patients are lower than that of the healthy persons,there are extremely significant(P<0 001) (2)As the clinical stage increases,the contents of selenium and GSH PX in blood decrease gradually,there are extremely significant(P<0 001) (3)In NPC patients,the blood contents of selenium and GSH PX are increased than before radiotherapeutic,but still lower than that of the control group,but there is no significant difference(P<0 05) Conclusion (1)The contents of selenium and GSH PX are low in blood of patients with NPC (2)There seems to be some relationship between the blood contents of selenium and GSH PX in the initiation and development of NPC ;
