聚乙烯醇滴眼液治疗干眼病疗效回顾性研究

目的：探讨聚乙烯醇滴眼液治疗干眼病的临床效果。方法：采用回顾性分析方法。收集520例干眼病患者病例资料,根据治疗方法分成对照组和观察组各260例,观察组予聚乙烯醇滴眼液治疗,对照组予0.1%玻璃酸钠滴眼液治疗。比较两组患者治疗前与治疗1周、2周后的临床症状积分、干眼仪等级、泪分泌实验（SIT）、泪膜破裂时间（BUT）、角膜荧光素染色实验（FL）等指标差异,评价两组临床疗效。结果：治疗前两组患者临床症状积分、干眼仪等级、充血评分、FL、BUT、SIT等指标比较,差异无统计学意义（P〉0.05）。治疗1周与治疗2周后,两组各项指标与治疗前比较,均有不同程度好转（P〈0.05）;且观察组优于对照组（P〈0.05）。观察组治愈率、总有效率均分别显著高于对照组（P〈0.05）,两组疗效分布的差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）,观察组疗效较好。两组药品不良反应发生率比较,差异无统计学意义（P〉0.05）。结论：聚乙烯醇滴眼液治疗干眼病临床疗效显著,值得临床应用推广。

Retrospective Study on the Curative Effect of Polyvinyl Alcohol Eye Drops in Treatment of Dry Eye

Objective：To investigate the clinlical efficacy and safety of polyvinyl alcohol eye drops in prevention and treatment of dry eye. Methods： As retrospective analysis being applied, the medical record of 520 patients with dry eye were collected. Then, they were divided into observation group and control group with 260 patients respectively. The observa- tion group were given the treatment of polyvinyl alcohol eye drops, The control group, on the other hand, were supplied 0.1% sodium hyaluronate eye drops. The patients in both two groups were compared the differences of dry eye level, conges- tion score , tear secretion test （SIT）, tear break-up time（ BUT）, corneal fluorescein staining test（ FL）, before the treat- ment and after the treatment of 1 or 2 weeks. In this way to evaluate the clinical efficacy between two groups. Results： Be- fore treatment, the difference between two groups of patients with clinical symptoms integral, dry eye level, congestion score, FL, BUT, SIT was not statistically significant （ P 〉 0.05 ） ; After treatment, the treatment group and the control group in clinical symptom, dry eye level, congestion score, FL, BUT, SIT index for first weeks and treated with statistical significance after 2 weeks were improved differing in degrees compared with non-treatment（ P 〈 0.05 ） ;Besides, the result of observation group was better than control groupt（P 〈0.05 ） ; The cure rate and total efficiency rate in treatment group was significantly higher than that in the control group（ P 〈 0.05）, the efficacy of two groups distribution in treatment group was superior to that in the control group（P 〈 0.05 ） ; The rate of adverse drug reaction between two groups was not statisti- cally significant（P 〉 0.05 ） . Conclusion ：Polyvinyl alcohol eye drops in treatment of dry eye disease has significant clinical efficacy and it is worthy of clinical application.
