睾丸生殖细胞肿瘤中VEGF和P53的表达及其意义

摘    要:目的:探讨血管内皮生长因子(VEGF)和P53在睾丸生殖细胞肿瘤(TGCT)中的表达及其与临床病理特征的关系。方法:采用免疫组化SP法研究42例TGCT石蜡标本和10例正常睾丸组织中VEGF和P53的表达情况。结果:正常睾丸组织中VEGF和P53阳性率显著低于TGCT(P<0.001)。VEGF表达在各组织类型间的差别无显著性(P>0.05);随临床分期上升VEGF表达增强(P<0.001);低分化组VEGF表达明显高于高分化组(P<0.001)。不同类型、不同临床分期及不同分化程度间P53表达的差异无显著性(P>0.05)。VEGF与P53表达之间无明显相关性(r=0.215,P>0.05)。结论:VEGF表达可能促进了TGCT的形成和临床进展,并可能不受P53的直接调节。

Abstract:Objective: To investigate the effects of vascular endothelial growth factor (VEGF) and P53 expression on testicular germ cell tumors (TGCT) and the correlation between their expression. Methods: Employing immunohistochemistry, the expression of VEGF and P53 were studied on paraffin specimens of 42 cases of TGCT and 10 cases of normal testicular tissues. Results: The frequencies of VEGF and P53 positivity were significantly increased in TGCT compared to normal testis( P < 0.001) . The expression levels of VEGF were increased with clinical stages raising( P < 0.001) , but did not differ among groups of histological types( P > 0.05) . VEGF expression in group with low differentiation was higher than that in group with high differentiation( P < 0.001) . Expression levels of P53 had no difference among histological types, clinical stages and differentiation degrees( P >0.05) . There was no statistically significant correlation between P53 and VEGF expression (r =0.215, P = 0.172) . Conclusion: VEGF plays an important role in the process of formation and development in TGCT. It might not be directly regulated by P53 in TGCT.
