败酱草汤灌肠治疗肛隐窝炎367例

目的]观察败酱草汤灌肠治疗肛隐窝炎疗效。方法]对367例患者使用败酱草汤灌肠(药用败酱草、鱼腥草、蒲公英、紫花地丁、连翘、黄芩、黄连、黄柏、苦参、白鲜皮、秦皮、牡丹皮、赤芍、白茅根、金银花、甘草),将药放入1200mL水中,文火煎30min,然后过滤去渣,使药液为180mL,35℃,当肛隐窝炎病人需要治疗时,90mL/次,灌肠,2次/d,连用3d为1疗程,若症状仍存,再灌第2疗程。治疗1～2个疗程判定疗效。结果]痊愈362例,好转3例,无效2例。结论]败酱草汤灌肠治疗肛隐窝炎疗效满意。

Its Decoction in Treatment of 367 Cases of Anal Cryptitis

Objective]to observe its Decoction enema in the treatment of anal cryptitis effect.Methods] 367 patients using its Decoction enema(medicinal Herba Houttuynia cordata,dandelion,Viola yedoensis,forsythia,Radix Scutellariae,Coptis chinensis,Radix Sophorae Flavescentis,Cortex Phellodendri cortex dictamni,ash,tree peony bark,red peony root,rhizome,honeysuckle,licorice),the medicine into 1200mL water,simmer gently for 30min,and then filtered the medicine liquid,180mL,35 ℃,when anal cryptitis patient in need of treatment,90mL/,enema,2 /d,1 for 3D treatment,if symptoms still,reperfusion second course.From 1 to 2 courses of treatment the curative effect.Results]362 cases were cured,3 cases improved,2 cases are invalid.Conclusion ]it Decoction enema in the treatment of anal cryptitis satisfactory curative effect.
