天津市精神卫生专科医院影像科人力资源现状调查

目的对天津市精神卫生专科医院医学影像技术人力资源的现状进行调查分析和评价。方法采用问卷调查的方式,对天津市12所精神卫生专科医院影像技术人力资源的现状进行调查,调查内容包括性别比例、年龄结构、学历情况、职称分布等,对所得数据通过统计和与全国医院相应数据进行比对分析。结果天津市精神卫生专科医院医学影像技术人员性别比例失衡,年龄结构老化,学历水平整体偏低,职称分布不合理。结论行业主管部门在扶植和保障现有从业人员的相关权利的同时,应大力引进年轻的高学历影像技术人员,为该专业的科学、健康发展打下良好的基础。

SubjectInvestigation on present situation of human resource in radiological department of mental health hospitals in Tianjin

Objective]To investigate,analyze and evaluate the present situation of human resource of medical imaging technicians in mental health hospitals in Tianjin.Methods]By using questionnaire survey,the present situation of human resource of medical imaging technicians of 12 mental health hospitals in Tianjin was investigated.The investigation included sex ratio,age structure,educational background and distribution of professional titles.The data were analyzed and compared with relevant data of other hospitals in China.Results]The sex ratio of medical imaging technicians in mental health hospitals in Tianjin was unbalanced,age structure was aging,the educational background was not good generally,and distribution of professional titles was unreasonable.Conclusion]While the competent departments promote and ensure the related rights of current technicians,young medical imaging technicians with high educational background should be recruited,so as to lay a foundation for the scientific development of medical imaging.
