| 摘 要： | 目的：观察脐疗法联合思密达治疗小儿急性腹泻的临床疗效。方法：将254例腹泻患儿随机分为治疗组和对照组各127例，对照组给予正确的饮食指导，通过口服补液盐（ORS）或静脉补液及时纠正水、电解质紊乱、酸碱失衡及酸中毒等一般常规治疗，同时用胃肠黏膜保护剂思密达止泻；治疗组在上述方案治疗的基础上加中药粉剂调敷脐中。结果：与对照组相比，治疗组的显效率、总有效率均明显增高（P〈0．01）。结论：脐疗法联合思密达治疗小儿腹泻疗效显著。

| Abstract: | Objective： To approach curative effects of umbilical compress therapy and smecta in treating infants with acute diarrhea. Method： All 254 cases were randomly divided into treatment group and control group. Control group were administered with dietary instruction, correcting water and electrolyte disturbance, acid-base imbalance and acid poisoning through oral rehydration salt or intravenous dripping, and smecta to stop diarrhea; treatment group received herbal powder applied to the navel. Result： Compared with control group, effectual rate and total effective rate of treatment group raised remarkably （P〈 0.01）. Conclusion： Applications of umbilical compress therapy and smecta to infant diarrhea are effective. |
