养血清脑颗粒治疗顽固性失眠的临床观察

目的：观察养血清脑颗粒治疗顽固性失眠的疗效。方法：将224例顽固性失眠患者分为治疗组和对照组,2组均给予睡眠卫生教育、心理治疗、地西泮2.5～5.0 mg睡前30分钟口服。治疗组在上述治疗的基础上,停用或减少地西泮的剂量,加用养血清脑颗粒,口服,3次/d,2袋/次。7天为1个疗程,1个疗程后,观察患者深睡眠时间、睡眠时间、头昏脑胀及头痛症状改善时间、其他伴有症状改善时间。结果：治疗组改善患者深睡眠时间、睡眠时间、头昏脑胀、头痛及其他伴有症状缓解时间明显短于对照组,总有效率达94.64%,和对照组比较有显著性差异（P〈0.05）,且未见明显副作用。结论：养血清脑颗粒治疗顽固性失眠疗效确切可靠,方法简便易行。

Clinical Observation on YangXue QingNao Granules in the Treatment for Intractable Insomnia

Objective： To observe the effects of YangXue QingNao granules in treating intractable insomnia. Method： All 224 patients were divided into treatment group and control group.Both groups were administered with hygiene education of sleep,psychotherapy and diazepam 2.5-5.0mg 30 minutes before sleep,treatment group ceased to take or reduced the dosage of diazepam,began to take YangXue QingNao granules by mouth,three times each day,two packages once,seven days were one session,deep sleep time,sleep time,improvement time of dizziness and headache,other symptoms were observed after one session.Result： Deep sleep time,sleep time,relieved time of dizziness,headache and other symptoms improved in treatment group,total effective rate was 94.64%,it suggested remarkable difference compared with control group（P〈0.05）,there was no obvious adverse reaction.Conclusion： YangXue QingNao granules combined with conventional therapy demonstrate definite and reliable effects in treating intractable insomnia,which is simple and easy to operate.
