| 摘 要： | 在结直肠癌手术中,过去以开腹手术为主,近年来,随着腹腔镜手术的发展,腹腔镜结直肠手术得以广泛开展,通过前瞻性随机对照研究,得到了循证医学的支持。随着腹腔镜技术进一步推广与应用,微创概念已深入人心,手术机器人、经自然腔道内镜、单孔腹腔镜结直肠手术的应用是未来腹腔镜结直肠癌手术发展方向之一。现就腹腔镜结直肠癌手术的应用进展予以综述。

| Abstract: | In colorectal surgery,open surgery dominated in the past;with the development and progress of laparoscopic surgery in recent years,laparoscopic colorectal surgery can be extensively carried out,and as been supported by evidence-based medicine through randomized controlled trial.With the promotion and application of laparoscopic techniques,minimally invasive concept has been firmly held.In the future,robotic surgery,natural orifice transluminal endoscopic surgery,transumbilical single incision will be the development directions of laparoscopic colorectal surgery.Here is to make a review on the application of laparoscopic colorectal cancer surgery. |
