大容量肺灌洗治疗尘肺病155例疗效观察

目的大容量肺灌洗治疗尘肺病短期疗效明显,而长期疗效相关报道较少。现选择我院2003—2005年进行大容量肺灌洗术治疗尘肺病155例资料完整的临床病例,随访5年,效果满意,目的在于推广临床应用。方法采用大容量肺灌洗术对155例尘肺病患者进行肺灌洗治疗,并对其灌洗前后和5年期进行临床症状学观察和肺功能的统计学分析。结果通过对155例尘肺患者的治疗观察,大容量肺灌洗可明显改善尘肺病患者胸闷、胸痛、气短等临床症状,灌洗后及5年期肺功能变化较灌洗前明显好转,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05,P<0.01),灌洗后与灌洗5年期随访,肺功能差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),肺功能改善具有远期疗效,与临床研究相符。结论大容量肺灌洗后可明显改善尘肺患者的临床症状和提高患者的生存质量,同时对患者的肺功能改善具有一定的长期疗效,值得临床推广应用。

CLINICAL EFFECT OF THE LARGE CAPACITY LUNG IRRIGATION TREATMENT 155CASES OF PNEUMOCONIOSIS DISEASE

Objective To explore the medium-term and long-term efficacy of the large capacity lung irrigation for treatment of pneumoconiosis disease.Now choose for the large capacity lung known as irrigation treatment of 155 cases of pneumoconiosis disease complete data clinical cases,5 years of follow-up,The result is satisfactory,Purpose is to promote the clinical application.Methods The large capacity lung irrigation for treatment 155 cases of pneumoconiosis disease were choosed from year 2003 to 2005 in author’s hospital,who were followed for five years.The clinical symptoms were observed and the lung function was detected before and after irrigation,as well as five-year observation.Results Large capacity lung irrigation could obviously improvement on chest tightness,chest pain,shortness of breath and clinical symptoms for pneumoconiosis patients after irrigation than before,and five-year lung function changes were improved obviously with a statistically significant difference(P<0.05,P<0.01).Compared after lung irrigation with five years follow-up,the lung function had no significant difference(P>0.05).Long-term improve curative effect of lung function was undoubted and consistent with clinical research.Conclusion The large capacity lung irrigation can obviously improve the clinical symptoms of pneumoconiosis patients and improve the life quality of patients.At the same time for the patients with pulmonary function improvement has long-term efficacy,it is worth to clinical application.
