| 摘 要： | 目的：观察健脾导滞汤治疗肠易激综合征（IBS）腹泻型伴排便不尽感的临床疗效。方法：将60例患者随机分为治疗组、对照组各30例。治疗组用健脾导滞汤治疗，对照组用洛哌丁胺及双歧杆菌治疗，2组均治疗4周。结果：腹泻症状各组均优于治疗前，治疗组腹痛、排便不尽感、腹胀改善情况与对照组比较有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。结论：健脾导滞汤治疗IBS疗效确切。

| Abstract: | Objective： To observe clinical effects ofJ/anP/DaoZhiTang in the treatment for irritable bowel syndrome（IBS） of diarrhea pattern complicated with incomplete evacuation. Method： Sixty patients were randomized into treatment group and control group equally. Treatment group received JianPi DaoZhiTang, control group took loperamide and bifidobacteria. Both groups were treated for four weeks. Result： Treatment group alter treating were superior to before treating in total effective rate and symptoms of diarrhea. Comparison between treatment group and control group demonstrated statistical meaning in improvements of abdominal pain, incomplete evacuation and abdominal distention （/~〈0.05）. Conclusion： JianPi DaoZhiTang, effective in treating IBS, should be widely applied. |
