摘 要: | 目的对比数字化X线摄影系统(Digital radiography,DR)和计算机X线摄影系统(Computed radiograph-y,CR)在乳腺摄影中的差异,探讨DR摄影的优势。方法应用DR、CR系统拍摄乳腺受检者各50例,并抽取DR、CR系统拍摄的、经手术病理诊断为乳腺癌的患者影像资料各50例,统计对比其在影像质量、辐射剂量、摄影条件(管电压、曝光量)、重拍率、检查时间、诊断符合率等方面的差异。结果 DR、CR的甲片率、乙片率、废片率分别为90%、8%、2%和60%、28%、12%;辐射剂量分别为(1.06±0.39)mGy和(1.93±0.33)mGy;曝光量分别为(96.85±40.65)mAs和(134.15±35.55)mAs;重拍率分别为2%和18%;检查时间分别为(4.07±0.31)min和(8.25±0.54)min;诊断符合率分别为90%和74%;差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05),管电压分别为(27.74±1.39)KV和(27.94±1.56)KV,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论在乳腺摄影中,应用DR进一步提高了诊断符合率、成像质量,并降低了辐射剂量、重拍率、检查时间和曝光量。

Abstract: | Objective To contrast the differences between digital radiography and computed radiography in mammography so as to explore the advantages of DR.Methods Sample 50 cases respectively from the patient photographed by CR,DR,choice the images of 50 cases respectively photographed by CR,DR and confirmed as breast cancer sufferers by operation and pathology.Then observe their differences in different aspects,such as: imaging quality,radiation dose,condition of photograph(tube voltage and exposure),rate of remake,checking time and the accuracy rate of diagnosis etc.Results The A piece rate, B piece rate,waste piece rate is respectively 90%,8%,2% and 60%,28%,12%,the radiation dose is respectively(1.06±0.39) mGy and(1.93±0.33) mGy,the exposure is respectively (96.85±40.65) mAs and(134.15±35.55) mAs,the rate of remake is respectively 2% and 18%,the checking time is respectively(4.07±0.31) minutes and(8.25±0.54) minutes,the accuracy rate of diagnosing breast cancer is respectively 90%,74%.These differences suggest a statistic meaning(P<0.05),while the tube voltage is respectively(27.74±1.39) KV and(27.94±1.56) KV,which has no statistic meaning(P>0.05).Conclusion In breast photograph,the application of DR has further increased the accuracy rate of diagnosis and imaging quality,at the same time,reduced the radiation dose,rate of remake,checking time and exposure. |
