摘    要:热熔挤出技术在提高难溶性药物溶出度,制备缓释、定位释药制剂以及局部给药制剂方面具有的突出优势,已成为制剂技术药物传递系统中的一个新热点,现综述热熔挤出技术的原理和近年来的研究应用情况。

Abstract:Hot-melt extrusion has become one of the hottest processingtechniques in the array of drug delivery system in the passing years. This technique has a marked superiority in improving the dissolution rates and solubilities of poorly water-soluble drugs and processing the sustained-release and target or topical delivery systems of pharmaceuticals. This paper reviews the principle and the application of this technique.
