枸杞多糖和金属元素的主成分分析

摘    要:应用主成分分析研究不同地区枸杞中多糖和金属元素Cu、Zn、Fe、Mn、Ca、M、Na、K之间的相关性。结果表明3个主成分可以解释多糖和这些金属元素之间的相关性,其主成分得分可用于对不同产地枸杞子质量的综合评价,证实了多糖和金属元素Ca、Mg、Na、K之间存在显著地相关性。多糖和常量金属元素Ca、Mg、Na、K是影响枸杞质量的重要因素,微量元素Cu、Zn、Fe也是不可忽视的因素。研究为以后不同产地枸杞的开发利用奠定了基础。

Abstract:In this paper,the principal component analysis is applied to study the correlation between polysaccharide and metallic elements Cu,Zn,Fe,Mn,Ca,Mg,Na,K in Chinese wolfberry in different regions.The results show that 3 principal components can interpret the correlation between polysaccharide and these metallic elements.Taking the principal component scores as new variables,they are used to the comprehensive evaluation on quality in Chinese wolfberry in different regions.There is a significant correlation between polysaccharide and metallic elements Ca,Mg,Na,K.The polysaccharide and Constants metallic element Ca,Mg,Na,K are the key factors affecting the quality of Chinese wolfberry.Trace elements Cu、Zn、Fe can not be neglected.This study can be considered as a basic work for the further research on Chinese wolfberry in different regions.
