摘    要:目的探讨非小细胞肺癌(NSCLC)患者化疗后基质金属蛋白酶-9(MMP-9)血清水平的改变与化疗疗效的关系。方法纳入30名NSCLC患者和20名健康志愿者为研究对象。NSCLC患者给予以顺铂为基础的联合化疗。在2个化疗周期后,评估NSCLC患者的化疗是否有效。在治疗前和2个化疗周期后,抽取NSCLC患者的血清样本,检测MMP-9水平。结果化疗前,NSCLC患者血清MMP-9水平明显高于对照组(P<0.05);化疗后,NSCLC患者血清MMP-9水平低于化疗前(P<0.05)。结论 MMP-9水平的降低可能是化疗有效的一个指标,但是仍需要进一步研究。

Abstract:Objective To investigate the relationship between the level of matrix metalloproteinase-9 (MMP-9) in serum after chemotherapy and its chemotherapy effect in patients with advanced stage non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC). Methods The study selected 30 patients with advanced non-small cell lung cancer as the treatment group and 20 healthy people as the control group. The treat- ment group were treated with cisplatin-based combined chemotherapy, and the chemotherapy effect was evaluated after 2 cycles. The level of MMP-9 in serum was detected before and after the treatment. Results The level of MMP-9 in serum before the treatment was significantly higher in the treatment group than in the controls ( P 〈 0. 05 ). The level of MMP-9 in serum in the treatment group decreased obviously after the treatment (P 〈 0. 05 ). Conclusion The decline of MMP-9 level in serum may be a effective response to chemotherapy, but it still need further studies.
