肾衰颗粒对慢性肾衰竭患者血浆内皮素、一氧化氮的影响

摘    要:目的:观察肾衰颗粒对慢性肾功能衰竭患者的血浆内皮素(ET)、一氧化氮(NO)的影响及疗效。方法:60例慢性肾功能衰竭患者随机分为2组,治疗组30例口服肾衰颗粒,对照组30例口服包醛氧淀粉,观察2组血尿素氮(BUN)、血肌酐(SCr)、肌酐清除率(Ccr)、血浆内皮素(ET)、一氧化氮(NO)的变化。结果:治疗组BUN、Cr下降明显(P〈0.01),Ccr升高明显(P〈0.01),与阳性对照组比无差异;ET下降明显(P〈0.01),NO升高明显(P〈0.01),且均优于阳性对照组(P〈0.05,P〈0.01)。结论:肾衰颗粒能延缓慢性肾功能衰竭的进展。

Abstract:Objective:To observe the effect of Shen Shuai KeLi on endothelin(ET) and nitrogen monoxide(NO)of chronic renal failure(CRF).Method:60 patients with CRF were randomly divided into two groups.30 patients in treatment group were treated with ShenShuai KeLi;the other 30 patients in control group were treated with oxyamyli tectus aldehydum.The blood urea nitrogen(BUN),serum creatinins(Scr),NO,ET and creatinine clearance rate(Ccr) were detected in both groups.Results:Compared with those in control group,the BUN,Cr,ET in treatment group decreased significantly(P<0.01),and the NO,Ccr in treatment group increased significantly(P<0.01).Conclusion:ShenShuai KeLi can decrease the BUN,ET,and Scr and increase NO and Ccr in patients with chronic renal failure,so it may delay the progress of chronic renal failure.
