128例肺癌患者伴肺部感染的临床研究

目的探讨肺癌患者伴肺部感染的临床研究。方法选128例肺癌患者伴肺部感染患者为研究对象，测定治疗前后的周围血常规与痰细菌培养，应用抗菌素及其他对症处理，观察其诊治疗效。结果肺癌患者伴肺部感染时，周围白细胞计数治疗后明照下降（P〈0．01），痰细菌清除率显著。结论肺癌患者伴肺部感染采用积极抗菌素治疗及其他对症处理可有效控制肺部感染并发症，减少疼痛，改善患者生命质量。

Clinical study of 128 cases of patients with lung cancer with pneumonia

Objectivs To study of clinical therapy for patients with lung cancer with pneumonia.Methods Before and after treatment,the peripheral white blood cell counts,and germiculture of sputum were measured by 128cases of patients with lung cancer with pneumonia.Results The peripheral white blood cell counts were more declined in the patients with lung cancer with pneumonia after treatment(P<0.001),and germiculture of sputum were remarkably eliminated in the them.Conclusions The patients with lung cancer with pneumonia adopted bacteriophage for infection and treat with availably controlling patients with lung cancer with pneumonia,and reduced ache and improved quality of life in the patients.
