高职高专学生学习动机调查及其管理对策研究

摘    要:以高职高专学生为研究对象,从研究学生的学习动机入手,通过对浙江省4所高职高专院校980名学生学习动机的问卷调查,了解高职高专学生学习动机的总体情况,分析高职高专学生学习动机的性别、年级、城乡和专业兴趣差异。丰富学习动机研究,提出管理对策,为加强高职高专院校的教育管理提供理论依据和实践指导。

Abstract:The research takes the students in technical and vocational colleges as the subjects and starts with the research on their learning motivations. A questionnaire has been made among 980 students in four colleges as such in Zhejiang Province. By doing this survey the general information has been summarized about the learning motivations of students from these colleges and an analysis has been given about the differences of motivations caused by sexes, grades, family backgrounds and students~in- terests in major. This paper enriches the research on learning motivations, puts forward some corresponding administrative strat- egies and hopes to provide theoretical and practical guidance to enhance the quality of education in these colleges.
