| 摘 要： | 本文利用彩色多普勒对围产期５８例正常妊娠和６３例高危妊娠孕妇的脐动脉和子宫动脉的声像学特征进行了探讨，找出了探查两动脉主要是子宫动脉的规律：即孕中期后子宫动脉由髂外动脉内侧渐移向其外侧并与之十字交叉的特征。并通过Ａ／Ｂ比值的测定业评价胎盘功能。结果同国外学者报道一致，为预测围产期发病及预后提供了重要依据。本文认为一般心脏彩色多普勒超声完全可以同高性能彩超一样地围产期有循的监测，获得满意的检测效果。

| Abstract: | Ultrasonographic observations of the umbilical and uterine arteries were performed for 58 normal pregnant and 63 high risk pregnant patients by color Doppler flow image technic. As a rule we found that in the second trimeter, the uterine artery was moved over the external iliac artery laterally at a right angle. The A/B values were compatible to that of the other papers,available for assessing the placenta function. |
