| 摘 要： | 超声导向下，行下腔静脉球囊扩张并内支架置入术，治疗布－加氏综合症６例，全部成功，支架置入后，狭窄部直径达为１．５－１．８ｃｍ，下腔静脉压力由４１ｃｍＨ２Ｏ降至２０．５ｃｍＨ２Ｏ，所有患者的症状体征者消失或明显改善。术中未出现明显并发症。本技术避免了Ｘ线下操作的放射照射及造影剂注入，设备简单、费用氏，治疗布－加氏综合症切实可行。

| Abstract: | Ultrasonically guided balloon dilation and stent placement of inferior vena cava via the right femoral veins were Derformed in 6 cases with Budd-Chiari syndrome(four membranous and two segmental types).After stent placement,the diametet of the stenotic vena cava was 1.5-1.8cm,the average pressure of inferior vena cava dropped from 41cmH2O to 20.5cmH2O. All patients had disappearance or remarkable remis- sion of symptoms and signs during the follow-up.The new technique provide,asimple,safe,effective and rela- tively inexpensive treatment for selected patients with Budd-Chiari syndrome. |
