| 摘 要： | 本文利用彩色动态三维超声对冠心病患者左心室进行局部功能测定，对室壁运动异常区进行定位。结果表明：三维超声法测定左室功能结果与左心室造影法对比二者呈密切正相关，而且三维超声观测的室壁运动异常区与冠状动脉造影显示的狭窄段支配区完全一致。

| Abstract: | The regional function of the left ventricle in 36 patients with coronary heart disease(CHD)was determined by color dynamic three dimensional echocardigraphy and the abnormal movement regions in the ven-tricle were localized.A cloxe positive correlntion was found between the left ventricular function determined by echocadiography and by left ventriculography.Control group:EF r=0.833,SV r=0.813:CHD group:EF r =0.843,SV r=0.950.The abnormal movement regions detected by echocardiography were identical to the areas supplied by the stenostic coronary arteries shown by coronary angiography. |
