左室模型的超声心动图三维重建

为评价超声心动图三维理建法测量左室模型容积的准确性，我们对塑料薄膜制作的７个左室模型和１４个人离体心脏进行研究。结果显示，超声心动图三维重建不但能正确显示左室模型和人离体左室的外形，而且能正确测定其容积。研究还显示三维法测量左室容积较二维法更准确，因为它不必进行繁琐的几何学假设。

Experimental Studies of Three-dimensional Reconstruction of Left Ventricle by Echocardiography

To evaluate the acccuracy of three-dimensional reconstruction of left ventricle by echocardio-graphy,we studied l4 human heart specimens and 7 left ventricular models made of plastic film,Our findings in-dicated that not only the morphology of left ventricular models and human heart specimens could be truly dis-played by three-dimensional reconstruction,but also their volumes could be precisely measured(r>0.99,P)=0.001).Because complicated geometry hypothesis was not needed,left ventricle volumes measured by three-di-mensional reconstruction were more accurate than those by cross-sectional echocardiography.
