| 摘 要： | 目的 探讨妊娠期糖耐量受损 (GIGT)对母婴妊娠结局的影响。方法 1 4 0 0例孕妇进行 50g葡萄糖筛查试验 ,异常者再进行空腹口服 75g葡萄糖试验 ,分别比较GIGT 1 0 0例、妊娠期糖尿病 (GDM) 52例及正常妊娠 1 0 0例的预后。 结果 GIGT组妊娠高血压综合征、巨大儿、羊水过多、手术产率及新生儿窒息、新生儿低血糖、新生儿高胆红素血症明显高于正常组 (P <0 .0 5)。与GDM组相比差异无统计学意义 (P >0 .0 5)。结论 GIGT对妊娠可造成与GDM相似的不良结局。

| Abstract: | Objective To study the effect of gestational impaired glucose tolerance(GIGT) on pregnancy outcome. Methods Glucose challenge test(50g) was done in 1400 pregnant women and oral glucose tolerance test(75g) performed in those with positive result,pregnancy outcome were compared in the 100 GIGTs,52 gestational diabetes mellitus(GDM) and controls. Results The incidence of pregnancy induced hypertension syndrome(PIH),polyhydramnios,fetal macrosomia,neonatal asphyxia,hypoglycemia,hyperbilirubinemia and cesarean section rate in the GIGT group was significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05),and there was no statistical difference compared with GDM group(P>0.05). Conclusion GIGT can pose similar adverse effects on pregnancy as GDM. |
