摘 要: | 目的掌握某催化剂厂还原型甲烷化催化剂建设项目的主要职业病危害因素及危害程度,评价相应防护措施的效果。方法依据《建设项目职业病分类管理办法》,通过收集相关资料、现场职业卫生学调查和职业危害因素检测,采用定量分级法进行综合评价。结果操作工人接触的镍及其无机化合物和粉尘浓度均未超过国家相关标准规定的职业接触限值;工人接触噪声的8 h等效声级为84.8 dB(A),该建设项目的总体布局、生产设备布局、职业病危害因素检测结果、职业病防护设施、个人使用的防护用品、职业卫生管理等基本符合国家有关法规要求。结论通过现场调查和检测结果表明,建设项目职业病危害防护设施完善可行。

Control Effect of Occupational Hazards for Deoxidized Methanation Catalyst Project |

Abstract: | Objective To understand occupational risk factors and risk degree of the occupational hazards , evaluate the control effect of deoxidized methanation catalyst project in a catalyst factory. Methods The occupational hazards were comprehensively evaluated by quantitative classification method combining with data collection , field investigation and detection. Results Concentration values of phosphoric acid, vanadic oxide, isobutyl alcohol and dust exposed to the workers were all in line with national standards limits. Equivalent sound level of 8 hours of noise was 84. 8 dB (A) , less than the limit of national standards. The items of general layout, installation layout, detection result of the hazard factors, occupational preventive apparatus, individual preventive supplies and occupational hygienic management of the project basically measured up to the relevant national laws and regulations. Conclusion The result of field investigation and monitoring shows that occupational preventive apparatus of the project is feasible. |
