某海洋石油作业平台职业病危害预评价

摘    要:目的识别、评价某海洋石油作业平台建设项目可能产生的职业病危害因素。方法依据《中华人民共和国职业病防治法》,采用综合评价法、类比法与定量分级法进行评价。结果该项目的选址、总体布局、生产设备布局、厂房设计、职业病防护设施设计、卫生辅助用室设置等基本符合国家有关规定;类比企业各工种毒物有硫化氢、烷、正已烷、正庚烷、苯、甲苯、二甲苯,检测结果基本符合国家标准。噪声检测5个地点,其中主发电机间检测3个点、合格2个点,合格率为67%,其余地点均合格。结论该项目为职业病危害一般的建设项目,生产过程中可能产生的职业危害是可以预防的,从职业卫生角度分析该项目是可行的。

Abstract:Objective To identify, assess and control the occurrence of possible occupational risk factors in the construction project in order to protect workers' health. Methods According to relative laws and standards, the methods of comprehensive assessment , analogy and quantitative classification were carried out. Results The items of the site, the overall layout , the arrangement and layout of the facilities , occupational prevention measures and the facilities of auxiliary rooms accorded with the requirements of laws and regulations of occupational health. Occupational risk factors in the analogical enterprise were detected, the values of hydrogen sulfide, alkane, n - hexane, n - heptane, benzene, toluene and xylene were under the national standards. Noise intersity of 5 posts were monitored with qualified rate 67% ,2 of 3 posts were in accordance with the national standards in the main generator rooms. Conclusion The construction project belongs to general occupational hazards. The occupational hazards which possibly present in the productive process of the project can be prevented. From the view of occupational health, the project is feasible.
