某火力发电工程职业病危害控制效果评价

目的检测某火电厂职业病危害因素,提出职业病防治的目标和重点。方法选择某火力发电厂进行职业病危害因素调查并对职业病危害因素进行检测。结果检测36个粉尘作业点,75%的STEL值达到国家卫生标准,11个岗位的TWA值中91%达到国家卫生标准;检测74个噪声作业点,合格率77%;9种有毒物质的测试结果全部符合国家标准。由于检测时非高温季节,未对高温进行检测。结论该项目主要的职业病危害因素均可得到有效控制。从职业卫生角度分析,该建设项目是可行的。

Control Effect of Occupational Hazards in Thermal Power Plant

Objective To identify and assess occupational risk factors for the construction project and study the preventive measures and management.Methods The assessment was proceeded by using combination of occupational hazard investigation and detection.Results The main occupational risk factors that existed in the construction project were dust,poisonous chemicals,noise,high temperature.STEL values of dust at 36 dust work sites（75 %） were in accord with national occupational hygienic standards,qualified rate of PC-TWA values of 11 posts were 91%;77% of the test results of noise intensity came to the limit;and 9 kinds of poisonous chemicals test results were lower than the national occupational hygienic standards.Conclusion The results indicate that the main occupational hazard factors could be effectively controlled in the power plant.
