摘    要:目的评价某生产企业客车及工业用漆新建项目职业病危害程度及防护效果,为卫生行政部门对该建设项目的职业卫生竣工验收提供科学的技术依据。方法采用检查表法、检测检验法,根据现场调查、职工职业健康检查情况,结合国家有关的职业卫生标准及其规范进行评价。结果经整改后,现场的职业病防护措施、管理措施、个人使用的职业病危害防护用品、职业健康监护、职业病危害因素检测等基本满足国家现行的法律法规和职业卫生标准。整改前粉尘CTWA最高值为4.13 mg/m3,整改后CTWA为0.11 mg/m3,达到标准要求。结论该建设项目职业病危害控制措施基本符合我国相关卫生法规和标准的要求,在职业卫生管理措施方面还需改进。

Abstract:Objective To evaluate occupational hazard risk degree and protection effects of bus and industrial paint project of the paint manufacturing enterprise,provide scientific technology for occupational health completion approval of health administrative departments.Methods The project was evaluated by using checklist method,detection combining with field investigation,and workers' health examination.Results After the rectification,the items of field occupational preventive measures,management measures,the personal protective articles,health surveillance and the occupational risk factors detection met the national current laws,regulations and occupational health standards.The maximum value of TWA for dust was 4.13 mg/m3 before rectification,0.11 mg/m3 after modification.Conclusion Occupational control measures of the construction project are in line with the relevant basic hygiene regulations and standards,but the occupational health management measures should be improved.
