摘    要:目的比较个体噪声测量结果和其相应工作场所8 h等效声级计算结果,分析两种测量方法的结果差异是否存在统计学意义。方法依据GBZ/T 189.1-2007《工作场所物理因素测量第8部分:噪声》,对各作业点噪声进行测量并计算出各工种的8 h等效声级,同时对各工种的作业工人佩戴个体噪声计进行个体噪声测量。对两种测量结果进行t检验,分析两种测量方法是否存在统计学差异。结果两组统计数据均为76个,共152个。个体噪声测量结果平均值为83.2 dB(A),标准偏差为5.53;相应工作场所8 h等效声级计算结果平均值为83.9 dB(A),标准偏差为4.27。两组数据的平均标准偏差为4.94,计算两组数据的t值为0.94。当υ值为150,t=1.98,P0.05,表明两种测量方法测量结果差异无统计学意义。结论在实际工作中只要严格按照标准要求进行测量,并做好现场调查准确记录工人在每一个噪声点的接噪时间,进行8 h等效声级计算,就可选择其中一种方法对作业工人的接噪情况进行评价。

Result Comparison between Individual Noise Measurement and Corresponding 8 - Hour Equivalent Sound Level in Workplace

Abstract:Objective To compare results between individual noise measurement and corresponding 8 - hour equivalent sound level in the workplace, analyze the measurement results of two measurement methods whether there is a significant difference. Methods Based on Measurement of Physical Factors in the Workplace, Part 8: Noise ( GBZ/T 189. 1 - 2007 ), the various operating points of noise were measured and calculated 8 - bour equivalent sound level, while the workers under different types of work wore personal noises meters to the individual noise measurements. Measurement results of the two kinds were statistically compared. Results There were 76 data for each group,the average noise of a total of 152 individual measurements of was 83.2 dB (A), standard deviation of 5.53. The average value of the corresponding 8 - hour equivalent sound level in the workplace was 83.9 dB(A) , standard deviation of 4.27. The results got by two measurement methods were statistically compared, there was no significant difference. Conclusion In practical work, one of the ways you can choose the access of workers exposed to noise assessment of the situation, as long as operators strictly abide by the standards to measure and make accurate records of workers on - site investigation of a noise at each point of access noise time to conduct the 8 - hour equivalent sound level calculations.
