摘    要:目的建立准确、快速测定地表水中亚硝酸盐氮含量的方法。方法水样经0.22μm水系滤膜过滤后,以20 mmol/L氢氧化钾为淋洗液,用保留时间定性,峰面积定量。结果该方法回收率为96.0%~100.6%,RSD为0.56%,最低检出浓度为5.0μg/L,线性范围0.05~5.00 mg/L,r=0.999 9。结论该法测定亚硝酸盐氮含量简便、快速、选择性好,检出限可以满足水质分析要求,可同时测定F-、C l-、NO2--N、NO3--N、SO42-等离子含量。

Determination of Nitrite Nitrogen in Surface Water of Yalu River by Ion Chromatography

Abstract:Objective To establish an accurate and rapid method for determination of nitrite nitrogen content in surface water of Yalu river. Methods Water samples were filtered through 0. 22 μm membrane , 20 mmol / L potassium hydroxide was taken as eluent. Retention time was used for qualitative analysis and peak area was used for quantitative analysis. Results The recovery rate of the method was 96. 0% - 100. 6% , RSD was 0.56% , the lowest detection concentration was 5.0 μg / L, linear range was 0.05 - 5.0 mg / L, the correlation coefficient was 0. 999 9. Conclusion The method is simplicity, rapid detection, good selectivity and detection limit required to meet the water quality analysis, it can simultaneously determine the ion contents of F^-、Cl^-、NO2^--N、NO3^--N、SO4^2-.
