摘    要:目的分析和识别采油工艺过程中可能产生的职业病危害因素及其主要环节,预测可能造成的职业病危害及程度,确定该项目职业病危害类别。方法根据本项目工艺及职业病危害特点,采用类比法、检测及检验法相结合进行综合定性、定量分析。结果本项目存在职业病危害因素有非甲烷总烃、硫化氢、一氧化碳、二氧化氮、聚丙烯酰胺粉尘、噪声及工频电场。检测类比项目的职业病危害因素浓度及强度:CTWA的一氧化碳、二氧化氮、聚丙烯酰胺粉尘分别为1.31、2.42、0.40 mg/m3;CSTEL一氧化碳3.48 mg/m3、二氧化氮6.17 mg/m3、聚丙烯酰胺粉尘超限倍数2;CMAC非甲烷总烃0.70~14.60 mg/m3、硫化氢0.17~0.30 mg/m3,噪声均为稳态噪声,日巡检时间约为1/3 h,均85 dB(A);工频电场强度0.09~0.84 kV/m,均符合国家标准要求。结论本项目属职业病危害严重项目。在初步设计时要落实各种职业病防护措施及控制职业病危害的补救措施,加强职业卫生管理,落实职业卫生经费,本拟建项目在职业病危害控制方面是可行的。

Abstract:Objective To identify and analyze the occupational risk factors and main links during production process,predict the potential occupational hazards and degrees,confirm the occupational hazards categories of the construction project.Methods According to occupational hazard characteristics of the construction project,the combination of methods of analogy and checklist were applied to evaluate the project with qualitative and quantitative evaluation.Results Occupational health investigation and analysis of relevant technical information of similar project were carried out,the occupational hazard factors existed in the project were non-methane hydrocarbons,hydrogen sulfide,carbon monoxide,nitrogen dioxide,polyacrylamide dust,noise and power frequency electric field.The concentrations or intensities of the occupational hazards in analogical enterprise of TWA(carbon monoxide 1.31 mg/m3,nitrogen dioxide 2.42 mg/m3,polyacrylamide dust 0.40 mg/m3),STEL(carbon monoxide 3.48 mg/m3,nitrogen dioxide 6.17 mg/m3,less than a multiple of polyacrylamide dust transfinite 2),MAC(non-methane total hydrocarbon 0.70-14.60 mg/m3,hydrogen sulfide 0.17-0.30 mg/m3),noise(both steady-state noise,day inspection time for 1/3 hours,less than 85 dB(A)) and frequency electric field(0.09-0.84 kV/ m) were in line with the national occupational standards.Conclusion The occupational hazards of this project is serious.The pre-construction project is feasible in the control of occupational hazards under the premise of fulfilling the various types of occupational disease prevention measures mentioned in feasibility study report,carrying out the remedial measures of controlling occupational hazards and reinforcing occupational health management system and implementing occupational health special investment.
