摘    要:目的对某新能源科技有限公司的建设项目进行职业病危害因素识别,确定职业病危害因素程度,评价相应防护措施的效果。方法收集相关资料、进行职业卫生学调查和职业危害因素检测,采用检查表法和定性、定量分析法进行综合评价。结果作业人员各岗位接触粉尘检测结果TWA为0.8~1.6 mg/m3、甲醇1.50mg/m3、甲醛0.01 mg/m3、一氧化碳1.25 mg/m3;噪声检测强度59.25~91.39 dB(A),除煤炭破碎岗位噪声有1个点超标外,其他粉尘、毒物、噪声(强度)浓度均符合国家规定的卫生接触限值。结论该建设项目的选址与总体布局、生产设备布局、职业病防护设施、个人使用的防护用品、职业卫生管理、辅助用室等基本符合职业卫生标准、规定要求。

Control Effect of Occupational Hazards in Construction Project of Dimethyl Ether

Abstract:Objective To identify occupational hazardous factors in the construction project of the new energy resources technology Co.,Ltd,confirm hazardous degree of occupational diseases,and evaluate the effect of protective measures.Methods Related data were collected,occupational hygienic investigation was carried out,occupational hazardous factors were detected,the synthetic evaluation was done with the methods of inspection sheet,qualitative analysis and quantitative analysis.Results TWA values of dust were 0.8-1.6 mg/m^3,methanol less than 1.50 mg/m^3,formaldehyde less than 0.01 mg/m^3,carbon monoxide less than 1.25 mg/m^3,intensities of noise were from 59.25 dB(A) to 91.39 dB(A).All the results accorded with national allowable limits except a point higher in the level of acoustical noise at the spot of coal crushing.Conclusion In this construction project,the location selection and overall arrangement,collocation of production equipments,occupational protective facilities,using of personal protective devices,occupational health supervision and ancillary rooms are all consistents with the requirement of occupational hygienic standards.
