某硬质合金建设项目职业病危害预评价

目的识别、分析与评价拟建项目可能产生的职业病危害因素,确定危害类别,为卫生行政部门审批提供技术依据。方法本次评价采用类比法、检查表法对该建设项目的职业危害因素进行分析。结果该项目的选址、总体布局、生产设备布局、职业病防护设施设计、建筑卫生学与辅助用室等符合国家有关规定。类比企业监测结果:其他粉尘(氧化钨粉尘、碳化钨粉尘)0.71~3.21 mg/m3,氧化铝粉尘4.97~7.42 mg/m3,钨及其化合物0.92~3.78 mg/m3,溶剂汽油10.23~21.75 mg/m3,氨、丁二烯、苯乙烯低于职业接触限值;噪声合格率86.7%;高温作业分级为Ⅱ~Ⅲ。结论该项目为一般职业病危害建设项目,生产过程中产生的职业病危害是可以预防的,从职业卫生角度分析该项目是可行的。

Pre-Assessment of Occupational Hazards in Construction Project of the Carbide Alloy Enterprise

Objective To identify,analyze and assess the possible occupational risk factors,confirm the hazard categories and provide technical evidence for the approval of the health administrations.Methods Methods of analogy and checklist were applied for the analysis and assessment of the project.Results The items of the selection site,the overall layout,the arrangement and layout of the facilities,occupational disease preventive and protective measures,structural hygiene and auxiliary rooms accorded with the requirements of laws and legislation of occupational health.Monitoring results of analogy enterprise showed that particles not otherwise regulated（tungsten oxide,tungsten carbide） was 0.71-3.21 mg/m3,aluminum oxide dust was 4.97-7.42 mg/m3,tungsten compounds was 0.92-3.78 mg/m3,solvent gasoline was 10.23-21.75 mg/m3,ammonia,styrene and butadiene were below national allowable limits,the qualified rate of noise was 86.7%,grade of heat stress work belonged to ⅡⅢ level.Conclusion The construction project is a common occupational hazard project.The occupational hazards in the project can be prevented;the project is feasible from the view of occupational hygiene.
