| 摘 要： | 目的 对尿液干化学分析仪检测尿液中自细胞（WBC）和红细胞（RBC）产生假阳性及假阴性结果原因进行探讨。方法2400患者第1次晨尿在2h内分别用尿液干化学分析仪检测和离心镜检。结果以镜检为对照，干化学法白细胞检测结果的阳性符合率为85．07％，阴性符合率为95．60％，假阳性率为4．40％，假阴性率为14．93％；红细胞检测结果的阳性符合率为93．60％．阴性符合率为86．22％，假阳性率为13．78％，假阴性率为6．40％。结论干化学法尿红细胞和白细胞检查可作为筛选试验．不能完全代替显微镜检查，当两种方法检测结果不符时应综合分析。
