探讨神经外科术后患者消化道出血因素分析

目的为了更深层次的探讨神经外科病患手术后导致消化道出血的原因,以便更好的治疗与预防神经外科手术病患术后消化道出血症状。方法选取2008年4月-2013年4月在我院进行神经外科手术治疗的病患1472例,使用我院自行拟定的消化道出血评分量表对神经外科手术病患进行筛选,按照表中内容对导致出血的各种因素展开分析,同时回顾这些病患的临床资料。结果经过筛选,最终有1359份病患的临床资料被确定为有效,其中有43例消化道出血,占总数的17．62％。结论导致神经外科病患术后产生消化道出血的原因有很多,包括：年龄超过50岁的病患;男性：格拉斯哥评分不超过10分的病患等因素。因此,对导致消化道出血的各种因素进行有效分析．可以帮助神经外科医生做好防范与治疗工作。

To investigate the factors postoperative gastrointestinal bleeding Analysis of Neurosurgery

Objective To further explore the neurosurgery patients the cause of gastrointestinal bleeding after the operation, in order to better treatment and prevention of neurosurgery patients postoperative symptoms of gastrointestinal bleeding. Methods Selection From April 2008 to April 2013 in our hospital neurosurgery of surgical treatment of 1472 cases of patients using our proposed by gastrointestinal bleeding rating scale to screening of neurosurgery patients, according to the table of contents on the analysis of the various factors lead to bleeding, at the same time to review the clinical data of these patients. Results After screening, and ultimately the clinical data of 1359 patients were detennined to be effective, there are 43 cases of gastrointestinal bleeding, 17.62% of the total. Conclusion The cause of neurosurgery patients postoperative produce gastrointestinal bleeding has a lot of, including： patients older than 50 years old; Men; Glasgow score no more than 10 points of patients and other factors. Therefore, analyzing the factors that lead to gastrointestinal bleeding effectively, can help the neurosurgeon to do a good job of prevention and treatment.
